ZyLAB Information Management Service (ZyLAB.Platform.WinService) will not start

SYMPTOMS

After upgrading the ZyLAB Information Management Service (ZyLAB Information Management Service x64) starts and stops.

CAUSE

During the initial installation you configured the TBIE Indexes folder to be in a location that is not default.

RESOLUTION

Find the file ZyLAB.Platform.WinService.exe.config (default path C:\Program Files\ZyLAB\Information Management Platform\Services\Bin\ZyLAB.Platform.WinService.exe.config ) and make a back up.
Open the file and ensure the IndexFolder path is adjusted to point to the correct TBIE Indexes path.
