Customers with a valid support or SaaS agreement have access to My Activities.
Access My activities
- Log in to help.zylab.com
- In the upper right corner, and expand the menu
- Hit My Activities
A set of Tabs will be displayed to you:
- Requests displays Support Tickets you have submitted.
- Contributions shows Articles or Discussion Forum topics you added or where you commented on.
- Following shows you Articles or Discussions you are following.
- My Requests shows you requests you have submitted
- Requests I'm CC'd on shows requests opened by your colleagues but where you are added as a CC.
- Organization requests shows requests of your entire organization. This option may not be available in case your company has selected not to share Support Tickets logged by your colleague.
