When a large number of jobs fail at the OCR or Export phase of the jobs for any reason, the pending jobs may need to be completed once the issue is resolved because documents/files have already been imported and deleted. The number of jobs may be too numerous to handle individually.
Jobs could fail due to security or network availability issues, as an example.
- Open ZyScan and select 'Run unattended' from the 'Job' drop-down menu.
- Select from the 3 options the available phases that need to be completed.
- The current job root can be selected or several job roots can be processed.
Once processed the ZySCAN system is able to continue processing.
