SYMPTOMS
You are unable to open an audio index using ZyFIND.
The following message is referenced in the .err file for the problem index:
"System.InvalidOperationException: Can't open index ---> System.InvalidOperationException: There is an error in XML document (1, 1). ---> System.Xml.XmlException: '.', hexadecimal value 0x00, is an invalid character. CAUSE
The index.cfg may be corrupted.
RESOLUTION
- Make a backup of the INDEX.CFG in the corrupted index ( ..\ZyLAB Data\TBIE Indexes\Indexname....\index.cfg).
- Copy the file INDEX.CFG from a working index and place it in the corrupted index.
