Documents in a Web Client are not viewable. Also, HAPI64 fails to initialize when attempting to view in the web client.
The following error is displayed: "ZyNET error: The search engine could not be started, or the index could not be found (error number 0x80004005).<br>Error info: FAILED TO INITIALIZE HAPI64, PLEASE CONTACT ZYLAB. ERROR -3011"
This problem can occur when the user configured as the identity for the ZyNet application pool is incorrect.
- Open Internet Information Services Manager then view the Advanced Properties of the ZyNET_FCGI Application Pool.
- Confirm that the correct service account or admin account is configured as the Process Model Identity.
- Make the necessary change(s) then restart the Application Pool.
