During the ZySCAN export phase the message “Invalid primary key value” and “Export failed” appears. This can be caused by different reasons when you have configured a ZySCAN system or archiving process to export to a Document Registration Module index
The user has scanned a document with a bar code that has already been used.
In the scan job make sure that all documents contain a registration number.
The field “registration number" is not allowed to be blank.
