To archive all open workbooks select Archive All Workbooks from the ZyLAB menu in the ADD-INS menu section.
Click on the Archive Workbook button archive workbook icon (or select Archive Workbook from the ZyLAB menu).
It is possible to specify an option to archive a workbook when you close it. A confirmation prompt will appear when you close the workbook.In addition you will be prompted to save subsequent changes/modifications (if you have not saved the workbook already).
- If a specific profile is not specified in the settings section, the Select Profile window appears. (make sure to link the profile to a valid index)
- Select a profile from the list and click OK.
- In case the profile is selected in the Archive Options, the Document Properties window appears.
- Enter the required field value(s), and select replace, append or delete.
- Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory fields and must have an entry.
- Click on OK to continue.
You have archived the workbook(s) to an index !
You can retrieve the archived workbook(s) using ZyFIND or a ZyLAB Web Client after the index is build.
