SYMPTOMS
In the result list of your Web Clients the dates are displayed in the format "Friday, July 01, 1968" as an example and you want to display them in the format "mm/dd/yyyy".
CAUSE
If changing the Windows "Long Date " format does not change how the result list displays the date format you may have the "Long Date" format for the user running ZyNET set differently then the logged in user.
RESOLUTION
This can be changed by setting the "Long Date" Format in the "Regional Settings" of Windows on the server running Internet Information Services for the web client.
NOTE: This is a user specific setting so you must set it for the user running ZyNET executable (and/or the application pool for ZyNET). This could mean setting it for a service account which may not be the same user account that is logged into your server.
