Suggestions:
- Add a correct URL to connect to the WebClient used in the Web part configuration section.
- Verify that the WebClient name is correct.
- Make sure that the correct user names are used in the Web part configuration.
- Validate the authentication attempt of the user that logs on to the Web part and make sure that the user is a registered user in the ZyINDEX roles section.
- Make sure that the ZyLAB Indexes ("Datastores") are accessible via the standard ZyLAB WebClient interface.
When all index link path(s) are correct (multiple) indexes can be succesfully accessed via the ZyLAB webclient and archived using the required web-part.
