You have a shortcut to open your Web Client through the browser. When attempting to do so, your browser window remains blank and only shows the message "Parsing form data failed".
When you create a shortcut when logged into the Web Client, the URL shows http://[SERVERNAME]/Exe/ZyNET.exe and not the Web Client and index details required to access.
- To create a shortcut, you have to type the URL as http://[SERVERNAME]/[WEBCLIENTNAME]
- Registered users will be directed to the Web Client they need to access.
- Once logged in, you will notice that the URL changed to http://[SERVERNAME]/Exe/ZyNET.exe in the address bar.
- Do not bookmark it from there.
