Results list in the Webclient remains blank after performing a search. When you go to the application logfile in the Windows Event Viewer you see following message:
Faulting application name: ZyNET.exe, version: 22.214.171.124, time stamp: 0x4d907205
Faulting module name: MSVCR90.dll, version: 9.0.30729.4940, time stamp: 0x4ca2ef57 Exception code: 0xc0000417
This might occure when the date field contains an illegal sequence as value.
- Open ZyFIND on the server or workstation.
- Select the problematic index.
- Perform the same search as in the webserver .
- Go over the resultllist and use the date calendar selection box to change all the incorrect values in the date field.
