When you open a ZySCAN job you get a dialog box with the following error: "Unable to Open job".
This indicates a problem with one of the TIF files in the jobroot.
A missing or corrupt TIF file in the jobroot\jobnumber\tiff folder can cause this.
Re-scanning the document is the usual solution.
It may be possible to determine which TIF file is causing the problem by going through the sequence.txt file and removing entries from this file until the scan job opens. This only suggest the problem or missing TIF file, it does not fix the problem, so re-scanning is typically the best solution.
