Table of Contents of a new backwards compatibility index cannot be opened

SYMPTOMS

You have created a Backwards compatibility index and observe that the Table of Contents cannot be opened in ZyFIND.

CAUSE

This is a known defect, logged as IM-7306.

RESOLUTION

We do not recommend you to create backwards compatibility indexes. If there is an absolute need for this, please contact Customer Support to discuss.
