After a problem during a scan job, the scan job is missing from the “Open Job” dialog.
The job is left in a lock status when the problem occurred.
Delete the lock files from your '\ZySCAN JobRoot' folder.
- Go into Options|Global Options to determine your Job root directory.
- Delete the lock files.
- This should allow the jobs to show up again in the “Open Job” dialog.
- The job data is held in the job folder that corresponds with the job number in the “Open job” dialog.
