SYMPTOMSWhen attempting to create a new Profile on ZyLAB Analytics Server 3.0 an error may appear stating "This name has already been used" or "This profile already exists".
CAUSEThis problem might be introduced when upgrading ZyLAB Analytics Server to version 3.0 from any previous version.
RESOLUTIONTo fix this issue, delete the Analytics Server folder (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ZyLAB\ or C:\ProgramData\ZyLAB\). This will allow the software to create a new folder, and reset the profiles.
