Archiving Services for MS-Office plugin 'invisible' in Microsoft Excel 2010

SYMPTOMS

You have installed ZyLAB Archiving Services for MS-Office and observer that, when you open Microsoft Excel 2010, the plugin is not loaded.

CAUSE

The plugin is not activated in the Add Ins tab of Microsoft Excel when "Analysis Toolpak - VBA" or "Euro Currency Tools" or "Solver Add-in" is not active.

RESOLUTION

In the Microsoft Excel options menu, click on Add-Ins.
Ensure that at least one of the following add-ins is activated together with the "ZyLAB.ArchivingServices.Outlook addin":

• Analysis Toolpak - VBA (not Analysis ToolPak!)
• Euro Currency Tools
• Solver Add-in.
