Auto orientation not working with Information Management Platform 6.3 and Global Professional OCR Engine 2.1

SYMPTOMS

ZySCAN auto orientation selected in the ZyOCR properties ZySCAN template does not rotate the image during OCR.

CAUSE

Caused by using the combination Information Management Platform 6.3 and ZyLAB Global Professional OCR Engine 2.1.

RESOLUTION

This problem does not occur with the latest version ZyLAB Global Professional OCR Engine 2.2.
