SYMPTOMS
The "Can not create audio index" error message appears when trying to create a Matter in Legal Processing. The following entry is logged at WARNING level in the Legal Review Standalone log.
WARN ZyLAB.EDiscovery.Review.Server.Standalone.ProcessingFacade - Can not create audio index based on 'ediscoveryLRaudio' template System.NotSupportedException: TBIE: Unable to open/create audio index - audio bundle not installed. ---> System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[ZyLAB.Platform.Services.Common.ServiceFault]: TBIE: Unable to open/create audio index - audio bundle not installed.
CAUSE
Audio Search Bundle has not been installed.
RESOLUTION
If Audio Search Bundle was not installed, and an Audio index is not required, the relevant Legal Review Standalone template can be changed so Legal Processing will not attempt creation of an Audio index. Following these steps to modify the Legal Review Standalone template:
- Locate the relevant Legal Review Standalone template to be modified by matching the file referenced in the relevant eDiscovery Service template.
- Locate the PlatformInfo section of the XML file.
- Locate the AudioIndexTemplateName key within the PlatformInfo section and remove its value.
