RESOLUTION
Depending on the Exchange version in use, the user mailbox or the impersonating user are associated to an Exchange Throttling policy with too restrictive Exchange Web Services (EWS) Throttling budgets.
It is possible to confirm this by checking the EWS logs. Should it be required, do not hesitate to contact Microsoft or ZyLAB Support to receive assistance with this investigation.
