Installing Zylab 3.6 Legal Processing fails

SYMPTOMS

User receives error indicating "Error 1720. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Custom action ZyIISfindAppNameES script error...."

CAUSE

Internet Information Services is not installed.

RESOLUTION

If installing on Windows 2008 R2 Server:

Click Start, point to Administrative Tools and then click Server Manager.
In Roles Summary, click Add Roles.
Use the Add Roles Wizard to add the Web server role.

If installing on Windows 7 or 8:

Open 'Programs and Features' from within Control Panel
Click on 'Turn Windows features on and off'
Check 'Internet Information Services', then click [Ok]
