When you attempt to open any document in Legal Review, you may receive a message indicating "Sorry, the document cannot be displayed.", however documents downloaded as native file type are accessible.
During the installation an invalid path (e.g. incorrectly using forward slashes) to the shared folder location may have been configured.
- Open Legal Processing and select the Global Options button.
- Under Shared Storage location make sure that the path is correct and you can browse to it.
