SYMPTOMS
ZyIMPORT indicates "There are no files in the import directory that the current import filter can import." When single-page and multi-page TIFF filter is used, the files are not found in the configured import folder.CAUSE
ZyIMPORT is strictly looking for single-page and multi-page files with TIF or TIFF file extension in lower-case and ignoring files with file extension in upper-case.RESOLUTION
Once the file extension is changed to use lower-case letters, the import phase of the job in ZySCAN is performed as expected. This issue can also be resolved by upgrading to Information Management Platform release 6.4.APPLIES TO
