RESOLUTION
EWS (Microsoft Exchange Web Services) Listener logs the EWS trace in the "C:\ProgramData\ZyLAB\ExchangeConnector\LogFiles\ExchangeConnector.WindowsService.Host.log" log at INFO level, when EWS Trace is enabled in the Exchange Connector configuration.
Enable EWS Trace in the Exchange Connector configuration.
- Set the TraceEnabled key to True in the "C:\ProgramData\ZyLAB\ExchangeConnector\ExchangeConnector.Config.xml" configuration file.
Change the Exchange Connector service logging level.
- Set the level value key to INFO (or DEBUG) in the "C:\Program Files\ZyLAB\Exchange2010Connector\Exchangeconnector.Windowsservice\Bin\ZyLAB.ExchangeConnector2010.WindowsService.Host.exe.config" configuration file.
Restart the ZyLAB ExchangeConnector Host Service.
- Make sure to revert the logging level back to ERROR and set TraceEnabled back to False once troubleshooting is completed.
