SYMPTOMSThe Legal Processing client, that was configured during the installation on Global Admin stage to use '.\User' user account with highest level of rights, will not provide a 'Computer\User' account the same set of rights and will treat this account as a regular account. The user will not be able to perform any administrative tasks within Legal Processing; even though these two accounts have exact same set of rights in Windows.
CAUSELegal Processing considers '.\User' and 'Computer\User' user accounts as two different accounts
RESOLUTIONAlways use 'Computer\User' or 'Domain\User' accounts during the installation of Legal Processing instead of '.\User'
