CAUSE
The error occurs when ZyLAB Exchange Synchronization tries to query the "System" folder within each mailbox (MsgFolderRoot). This warning message is expected as users do not have access to the System folder.
RESOLUTION
As long as this message is logged the expected number of times, you can safely ignore it. In this version of eDiscovery Bundle, it is normal to see it logged twice for the Journal mailbox and once for each User mailbox.
Should this error occur more frequently, the cause may be different. In this case, the XML communication trace between ZyLAB Exchange Synchronization and Exchange Web Services (EWS) will reveal what folder is causing this permission error.
Should you require assistance with further investigations, please contact ZyLAB Support.
