ZySCAN has a command line option -j that can be used to create a job template (without starting up ZySCAN). This setting can be used to optionally add a job template to the command line parameters which are used by the ZySCAN Service.
Because job template creation requires a lot of parameters, this is a example line what the command line should conform to:
Start with -j, -J, /j or /J
Command line parameters can only be entered when the service is started manually from the “Services” dialog (that can be invoked from the Control Panel).
Command line parameters can not be entered when the service is started automatically when the system boots.
ZySCANService first checks if valid command line parameters have been entered.
Example command line options:
How to add the Field Definitions File section:
Location of a field definitions file:
Example: “FieldDefinitionsFile:"C:\Program Files\ZyLAB\Information Management Platform\JobRoot\Templates\Example.fd";”
How to apply the Destiny section (The location of new template)
Example: “Destiny:"C:\Program Files\ZyLAB\Information Management Platform\JobRoot\Templates\Example.job";”
