If the '\ZyLAB DATA\Temp' location is not available and an attemp to open the Web Client is made, an error message may appear:
"ZyNET error: The search engine could not be started, or the index could not be found (error number 0x80004005). Error info: FAILED TO INITIALISE HAPI64, PLEASE CONTACT ZYLAB. ERROR -3011."
If the '\ZyLAB DATA\Temp' location is available, but cannot be written to due to lack of permission or disk space, the following error may appear:
"Acquire license failed error while initializing session."
User session cookie cannot be created due to the absence of the '\ZyLAB DATA\Temp' folder, permissions not set correctly, or insufficient disk space for the '\ZyLAB DATA\Temp' location.
Absence of the ZyLAB Data\Temp location:
Make sure the temp folder exists: (ZYINDEX | options | global settings | directories | temporary directory)
Check whether the 'TempDirectory' path is available in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ZyLAB\Modules\Hapi
Permissions not set correctly:
Domain users should have full control on the ZyLAB Data\Temp location
Insufficient disk space:
Ensure to add more space
