The ZySCAN Service Monitor log contains the following entry multiple times: "ERROR HealthCheckController (null) - Service ZySCANService is not healthy. Restarting (attempt 1). Reason: Service has timed out during Starting up. Timeout was 180 seconds."
This might be related to the permissions for Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ) not set correctly.
- The application pool identity for the ZyLAB Service Monitor must be a user with sufficient rights to connect to the servers being monitored (typically this is a service type account that has local admin rights on the servers).
- The ZyLAB Service Monitor user has to have full rights on the MSMQ private queue ( zylab_servicemonitor_lifesign_queue).
- By taking the ownership of this queue you can add the user account (everyone may also be an option).
