You can add additional fields to every archived email via a rule. However, if fields are defined that are not known to the target index (that you are linking to), these fields will not be archived.
If an email is forwarded based on a journal rule or query, this email will be sent in a new email (envelope) as attachment, without adding extra information. If the envelope item is skipped, it will not be added to the index.
- Open the configuration rules (In Email Archiving Bundle, go to Configuration | Rules).
- Make sure the added fields are defined in the target index you are linking to.
- Save the profile rule accordingly.
