PCL XL error when trying to print result list

SYMPTOMS

When trying to print a result list, the following message appears: 

PCL XL error Subsystem: KERNEL Error: IllegalTag Operator: 0x2d Position: 48

CAUSE

Print settings are incorrect.

RESOLUTION

• Make sure you are using the latest printer drivers. 
• If you are sure you are using the latest drivers, check the printer configuration by printing a test document from another application (i.e. MS-Word or Internet Explorer) using the same printer driver.  
• If this works for Word or IE then you may have to use a different printer for ZyFIND.  So the next step is to try a different printer when printing from ZyFIND.
