Actions hidden behind image thumbnails

SYMPTOMS

When accessing a ZyLAB Information Management Platform webserver using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, if the downward facing arrows are clicked to show document actions in file display, the actions are hidden behind the thumbnails.

CAUSE

A browser incompatibility exists between ZyLAB IM Platform 6.2 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 7

RESOLUTION

A browser upgrade from IE7 to a supported browser will correct the problem. Supported browsers include IE 8 & 9 and Firefox 7.

*When upgrading browser, be sure that Compatability mode is turned “off”. To turn off compatability mode in IE, Navigate to the Tools menu > Compatiblity View settings and remove your server from the list of sites that use compatibility view.
