After upgrading to eDiscovery Bundle 3.9, searching in your Legal Review matter fails with following message: "An unexpected problem occurred while trying to load data. This could happen because the server is too busy. Please try again in a little while, and if the error still occurs, please contact your system administrator."
During the initial installation the TBIE Indexes folder was configured to be in a location that is not default.
Find the file ZyLAB.Platform.WinService.exe.config (default path C:\Program Files\ZyLAB\Information Management Platform\Services\Bin\ZyLAB.Platform.WinService.exe.config) and make a back up.
Open the file and ensure the IndexFolder path is adjusted to point to the correct TBIE Indexes path.
