SYMPTOMS
The following error occurs when trying to import an Active Directory user in Legal Review.
System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[System.ServiceModel.ExceptionDetail]: The specified directory service attribute or value does not exist.
(Fault Detail is equal to An ExceptionDetail, likely created by IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults=true, whose value is:

CAUSE
The user credentials behind the ZyLegalSecurityApplicationPool Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) Application Pool do not have permissions to list the content of the Users built-in Active Directory Organizational Unit.
RESOLUTION
Please contact ZyLAB Support to ask for assistance with this Active Directory setup.
