SYMPTOMS
Some Actions fail, however they do not get re-scheduled as expected when creating a new Job for the same Matter.
CAUSE
The failed actions were already inherited more than the allowed number of times, or they failed in a Job different than the last completed/stopped Job.
RESOLUTION
Failed Actions will only be automatically inherited if they failed in the last completed or stopped Job for the same Matter.
To re-schedule actions that failed in a job older than the last completed or stopped job, please select them from the Actions tab in the Legal Processing interface, and re-schedule them by choosing "Restart/Reschedule" from the right-click contextual menu. When the number of Actions is too big to proceed manually, do not hesitate to contact ZyLAB Support to have assistance.
Failed Actions will only be automatically inherited into the latest Job for the same Matter if they were inherited less than InheritFailedActionsLessThanTimes configurable limit.
If you require assistance with changing this option, please contact ZyLAB Support.
