After you create, save and check-in a matter in Legal Processing, the matter actions tab shows scheduled items (in blue) but the status never changes to started.
This is likely to be caused by the fact that the ZyLAB Processing Service (ZyProcessingService) is not started or disabled. If this is the case, find out why this is happening as this is a required service for Legal Processing to process files.
In order for processing to proceed, the ZyLAB Processing Service must be running on at least one node. To start the processing, make sure that at least one of your machines used for processing has this service enabled.
- Open the Windows Server Manager console.
- Go to Configuration.
- Go to Services.
- Find the ZyLAB Processing Service and ensure the service is started.
